What are X-Track products?

These are modules designed to create a track for practicing various activities year-round (12 months a year).

How do X-Track products work?

• The modules can be transported using a forklift, pallet jack, or specially adapted wheels.
• The modules are stackable thanks to their stacking legs.
• The modules are easily assembled by aligning the male/female components and bolting the structures together, then leveled using their adjustable feet.
• Panels and/or cushions are used to secure the sides of the modules.
• Various track configurations can be created (creative circuits).
• The modules can be set up indoors or outdoors on different surfaces.
• Custom module creation is available.

What are X-Track products made of?

They are made of aluminum, composite, and rubber, using recycled or recyclable materials.
• Load-bearing structure made of infinitely recyclable aluminum
• Structural body for double curves made of composite (100% recycled plastic bottles, PET – designed for bike use)
• Surface made of EPDM rubber granules (or a custom coating upon request)

What are the dimensions of the tracks?

• The Speed Ring track measures 30 ft x 81 ft in length / 169 linear ft.
• The Tri-Oval track measures 68.42 ft x 79 ft in length / 224.4 linear ft.
Many other configurations and sizes are possible.
We recommend starting with the dimensions of the location where the track will be installed to determine the best configuration for your needs.
Additionally, various practical additions can be incorporated into a track:
• Entry and exit ramps
• Curve platform (rest area above a curve)
